An orchestral sound of 3/4 passages of the harvest in the same vineyards over a period of about a month, from the more youthful and fresh to the depths of very ripe grapes.
Half a hectare of ancient grapevines, nearly extinct now, harvested at the end of October gives rise to a very singular profile, an extremely dense tannin structure and a lively spiciness.
A small cru, a slightly elevated single vineyard, the very latest harvest of pinot noir grapes, therefore a mature and deep wine born from whole cluster fermentation.
